Strength Training
The benefits of strength training are seen in athletes every day as these lean, strong, powerful individuals master sports. But the solution isn't that difficult - discipline, nutrition and a good training ethic can develop someone who once thought of themself as weak or unhealthy into a well trained athlete. Following the principles of strength development through periodisation techniques and aiding in functional movement through eliminating functional injuries I aim to help you in this journey.


Tim has participated in strength training for over a decade. The passion for strength training for him comes through a love of competition and a desire to understand human potential.
Tim has worked with national representative athletes, bodybuilders, high school sports teams and
individuals seeking to improve their performance and health through his knowledge of exercise science.
